Headworks is in search of an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager who will oversee all aspects of the screens and screenings handling division of the company. This includes, but is not limited to, research and development, product improvements, and oversight of engineers in regional offices around the globe. Headworks is seeking an Project Manager – Grade I, that will work under the direct supervision of a Senior Project Manager assists in the planning, organization, control, integration and completion of projects from initial customer contact and bidding, through manufacturing, shipment, installation and final sign-off. Responsible for maintaining current municipal business and developing new business opportunities for Headworks International in western United States and corresponding part of Canada. Direct, manage, coordinate, and execute Sales and Marketing activities with internal sales personnel and external Manufacturers Representatives. Participate in the evaluation and integration of new products. Work closely with marketing personnel to develop sales and marketing tools. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing and accounting functions to capitalize on sale returns and provide proficient customer service.
